Atelier de Tufting✨

This is a 3-hour Workshop at FARM (Gare, Luxembourg)

Are you ready to tuft your own rug? ✨💓

🌟 Learn how to use a Tufting gun & create your own rug (aprox. 35x35 cm)

🌟 All the material is included

🌟 Choose from the Fruit & Brunch template list or your own design that fits with the theme 🍌🍓🍅 🍳 ☕️ 

🌟 You will be guided through all the steps of rug-making process:

* Tracing your design on the tufting cloth, using the projector or freehand

* Learn the tufting technique with a cut-pile gun

* Create clean fluffy shapes

* Glue the back of your piece with a special carpet glue *

INCLUDED : 3-hour class, your own tufted rug & a nice coffee/ snack break 🥪🫒☕️ 

Extra INSTRUCTIONS:.

*Workshop in English, Français, Lëtzeboieg

* Please choose a simple design that you can realise in 3 hours! (max. 4 colours, not too many details, no typography, no lines…)

Send me your design min. 1 week before the workshop, so we can prepare it and buy materials.

* Since the glue on the backside has to dry at least 8 hours, I will take care of the finishing and you can pick it up when ready 

* You will be given a lot of extra & useful tips for the finishing and trimming of your piece ;) 

& a list of links where to buy your own material, if you wish to start tufting ✨

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 3-hour workshop: more detailed rug designs won’t be accepted.

If you wish to do a more complicated design, we can arrange extra hours or a second class.
