..In this workshop we learn a lot about honey. Together with local beekeepers, we look at the production process from the bee to the honey in the jar. We learn a lot about the work of local beekeepers and about the differences between industrial products and the local quality product honey. Health, biodiversity, sustainability and local production come together here. Of course, taste is also a must and so we conjure up a honey cake made from regional products.This workshop is aimed at children aged 10 and over.
