ELEMENTAL – Eine interaktive Erkundung Ihrer einzigartigen ayurvedischen Konstitution

ELEMENTAL is a thoughtfully designed 4-hour immersive experience combining ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern well-being practices.

Ayurveda is the Indian traditional medicine and the ancestor of naturopathy.

Participants will go through three personalized workshops based on their Ayurvedic Dosha (body/mind constitution), including:

🪷 Ayurveda & Self-Care Tools – to apply in daily life

🪕 Sound & Voice Journey – for emotional integration

🧘🏽 Yoga & Breathwork – to restore balance in body and mind
