Join us in crocheting together to build a sense of community and contribute to a final piece that will be displayed at the Luga exposition.
A community crochet project to produce a collaborative textile artwork is a wonderful opportunity to bring people together, fostering a spirit of creativity, connection, and personal growth. This project will invite you to contribute to a larger collective artwork. By working together, you will not only be part of a fun art experience but also build meaningful relationships, share stories, and celebrate each participant’s individuality within a shared artistic vision. Each individual’s contribution, no matter how small, is valued and appreciated, symbolizing the role everyone plays in shaping a strong and supportive community.
The project creates an inclusive space where everyone is called to work for a common goal. Beyond skill development, this project will provide a fun and engaging experience for all involved. The act of crocheting itself is a relaxing and meditative process, offering participants a chance to unwind, focus, and experience a sense of accomplishment as they see their work take shape.
