WINE LIPS

Originally formed in Toronto back in 2015 as a part-time project between Cam Hilborn (vox, songwriter, guitar) and drummer extraordinaire Aurora Evans, Wine Lips quickly escalated into a full-blown, full-time, full-on international phenomenon. When 2020 happened, the band used their mandatory downtime to fully dedicate themselves to crafting their groundbreaking third full-length, Mushroom Death Sex Bummer Party.. The record was released in October 2021, the international music press lost their collective minds and endless touring ensued.

Their latest record, Super Mega Ultra (released in 2024) is an absolute beast. It is probably Wine Lips’ most ambitious undertaking to date, exploring new thematic territory while firmly maintaining their signature psych garage punk rock panache.

EARTH TONGUE

Earth Tongue is a heavy psych rock two-piece from Wellington, New Zealand. Guitarist Gussie Larkin is a master of the fuzz-smothered riff, and along with Ezra Simons’ off-kilter drumming, they’ve been sending punters into transcendental states since their emergence in 2016. Their debut album Floating Being. (2019) quickly became an underground hit. Their second album Great Haunting (2024) is a doom-soaked overload – conjuring vast sonics from just guitar, drums and yowls. Their third studio album is set for release in September 2025.
