 cle course\, part performance\, and entirely about having a good time\, th
 e race is inspired by the classic café races of good old times. But you d
 on’t have to be a waiter or bartender to take part. If you’ve ever car
 ried a tray\, worked a service shift\, or simply want to challenge yoursel
 f\, you’re in. Whether you’re a hospitality pro or a complete beginner
 \, everyone is welcome to run!</p><p>‍</p><em class=\"echo\" style=\"bac
