 ho believes he is the last human left in the universe after the Earth expl
 odes. His isolation is interrupted by a message from a French woman\, Cath
 erine\, turning the story into a reflection on distance\, vulnerability\, 
 and the need for connection.</p><p><br></p><p>The film combines restraint\
 , humour\, and emotional precision. At the same time\, it carries the real
 ity in which it was made: several members of the film team are now serving
  in the Armed Forces of Ukraine\, and lead actor Volodymyr Kravchuk watche
 d the premiere from the trenches.</p><p><br></p><p>Following its world pre
 miere at TIFF\, the film received major international recognition\, includ
 ing the Golden Octopus and the Silver Méliès in Strasbourg.</p><p><br></
