  multi-session workshop for adults\, you’ll learn how to shape personal 
 experiences into compelling stories—and share them in a way that truly c
 onnects with an audience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What is storytelling?</
 strong></p><p>Storytelling is the age-old art of sharing stories live—wi
 thout reading from a page. It’s spontaneous\, expressive\, and often pla
 yful. A story might be carefully crafted or loosely improvised\, grounded 
 in truth or enhanced with a touch of theatrical flair.</p><p>Across cultur
 es\, storytelling has always been a way to entertain\, teach\, preserve hi
 story\, and pass on meaning. If you’re curious about the style explored 
 in this workshop\, you might recognise it in performances by Mike Birbigli

 ctor</strong></p><p>Jess Bauldry is a journalist\, writer\, and stand-up p
 erformer with a passion for storytelling. She holds an MA in Creative Writ
 ing from the University of Hull and trained in storytelling at Mezrab. A U
 K/Luxembourg national\, she is also the co-founder of the feminist comedy 
 festival&nbsp\;<em>Festrogen</em>.</p><p><br></p><p>This workshop is organ
 ised with the generous support of Cid Fraen an Gender. The venue is locate
 d on the second floor and is wheelchair accessible.</p>
