SUMMARY:Body Language Workshop
CLASS:PUBLIC
X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>This creative\, practical workshop explores
body language through the tools of acting and improvisational theatre. Us
ing simple exercises\, games and scene work\, participants will learn how
the body communicates intention\, emotion and status\, often before a sing
 le word is spoken.</p><img src=\"/assets/d4899f9c/images/echo-watermark-20

eryone\, whether you have no theatre experience at all&nbsp\;or already ha
ve experience in acting or improv. Activities are accessible\, playful and
adaptable\, allowing beginners to build confidence while giving more expe
rienced performers space to dig deeper.</p><p>Participants will develop gr
eater self-awareness of their own body language\, learn how to observe and
read the physical signals of others\, and explore how small physical choi
ces can change the message we send. These skills are directly transferable
to both personal and professional life\, from social situations and relat
ionships to work\, meetings and everyday communication.</p><p>Expect a sup
portive\, creative environment focused on curiosity\, clarity and practica
l takeaways\, not performance or “doing it right”.</p><p><br></p><p><s
