Theaterplage

Due to its great success since it was first launched in 2019, the "Théâterplage" will be back from 6 July to 4 September 2023. Situated in the tucked-away square of Place du Théâtre, this fun beach hideaway aims to breathe life into this often overlooked part of the city centre.

A giant, 350 m² sandpit with deckchairs and beach umbrellas sporting the City's "multiplicity" colours, a pétanque court, plus a variety of plants and fun decor with bunting and fairy lights delighted visitors of all ages. Not only that, special chalets served drinks and tasty snacks.
