Following on from the great success of the "D'Stad lieft" alternative summer entertainment programmes in 2020 and 2021, the "Summer am Park" programme returned to bring summer vibes to Merl Park in 2022 with a number of fairground stalls within the park grounds (in particular on the two meadows to the west and east of the main path leading off from the entrance at the intersection of Boulevard Pierre Dupong and ).
