With the easing of public health restrictions – which includes the lifting of the curfew, the extension of the operating hours of the HORECA sector and the reopening of night clubs – the City of Luxembourg has decided to prolong its distribution of vouchers for free rapid antigen tests to 15 July 2021 (inclusive).
These vouchers are available to everyone, including young people, who will be able to take full advantage of the easing of restrictions as of 13 June 2021.
Anyone who wishes to frequent a restaurant or bar in Luxembourg City can therefore have a certified rapid antigen test done for free at one of the 18 test centres located in the capital (see list below). Additionally, the Centre de certification test antigénique gratuit (centre for free rapid antigen test certification) located at 95, Grand-Rue, L-1661, has extended operating hours:
- Monday-Friday: 7:00–19:00;
- Saturday: 10:00-18:00;
- Sundays and public holidays: 10:00-14:00.
Anyone wishing to get tested may do so for free using the vouchers available on-site.
Vouchers are also available for pick-up by restaurant and bar operators, as well as customers, on Monday to Friday from 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00 at the reception desk of City Hall (Place Guillaume II), as well as from the Rocade administration building located at 3, Rue du Laboratoire, L-1911 Luxembourg.
