The three houses located at 74, 76, and 78, rue Adolphe Fischer in the Gare district have been completely renovated as part of the "Haus Delta" project. These buildings were originally joined as one to create a hotel (the Hôtel Delta), and now offer furnished rooms managed by the Service Logement (Housing Department) as part of the City of Luxembourg's social housing scheme.
Having been entirely remodelled, the buildings now comprise 23 residential units spread across four floors. Each unit can accommodate between one and four people, depending on the set-up. All in all, these furnished rooms provide lodgings for up to 32 people.
