Project description

The building's front wall will zigzag along Rue de Mühlenbach. These angles will soften the building's appearance and make it less imposing to passersby. The two entrances will be at the centre of the concave sections on the street side, facing north.

The common areas will all be outdoors. These two shared entrances will lead into a two-story foyer that will also provide passage to the garden. They will be gated, meaning only residents will have access to the building and garden. These outdoor spaces will accommodate the staircases and lifts leading to the upper floors, to the walkways located on the southern face, on the garden side, by which residents reach their apartments. These walkways, while used for access, will also be outdoor, loggia-type areas for the recreational use of the apartment residents.
